I feel your pain.

Same thing happened to be but not as drastic.

My ex-girlfriend who used to indulge me with hairjobs told me she was going to get a trim at the local hairdressers. She went in with waist length hair and came out with mid back hair (approx. 6 inches cut off).

I was devastated - It took 9 months for it to get back to waist length again.

Hairdressers don't listen to what you want they do what they think needs to be done.

I trimmed her hair after that - Don't trust hairdressers to follow your wishes.
