There are many different variables that can go into a hairjob -- length, texture, thickness, looseness, tightness -- so everyone's mileage may vary, as they say.

For me, it's been wonderful with my wife's hair, which has never really been longer than bra-strap length. Very silky and well cared for. That said, I had hairjobs from two girlfriends much earlier in life. One had shorter red hair and it was just okay. The other had bra-strap length hair but it was really dry and damaged, and didn't feel very good.
