I think sometimes we can't just understand everything.

But if I would have to explain it to you I would say its because chained means: She is doing what I want, because I have the power over her. The reason why many couples use handcuffs.

But to be honest for me its not a big deal, I didn't even recogniced it that in every picture there are chains. At one point I tried it and then I never changed it for the rest of the pictures. Like the fur. I'm not a big fur fan but it doesn't bother me eater.
