Reddit and Tumblr are lame. I hate Discord, but that's just me. Haven't tried Telegram.

DeviantArt has lots of hair fetish stories and images, especially if you like AI. The groups that I have looked at appeared dead. I don't see any hair-related material in the forum. But the comments and notes allow you to communicate with other people.
