I'm so sorry! My wife went through BC in 2024, but she did a different kind of chemo known as metronomic, where they give smaller doses more frequently, and she didn't lose her hair. The protocol is known as CMF (https://www.lbbc.org/about-breast-cancer/treatments/chemotherapy/common-regimens/cmf-cyclophosphamide).
