that is longhairluna, she is active on manyvids.com, not sure if she is active anywhere else. She's British and makes good long hair material. She is definitely one of the longest haired creators on manyvids though I don't think she has the longest hair on the site.? From following her for a few years I'd say she probably hit her terminal length as it doesn't really seem like her hair is growing any longer and never appears trimmed either.
